3. Fitchburg Fourth of July Parade

Where: Runs from Summer Street down Main Street to the Upper Common, Downtown Fitchburg
Recognized as the largest Independence Day parade in Central Massachusetts, the 2026 theme is “Celebrating America’s 250th.” There will be marching bands, elaborate floats, fire trucks, and clowns along a downtown route that brings the full community out.
